My dear Sophians, you have passed through the portals of your Alma Mater, some a year back and others a number of years back.
Your parents held your little fingers and brought you to this beautiful place Sophia Sen. Sec.
School, Ajmer. From that day onwards you were tenderly looked after by your teachers, who
taught you the curricular and the co-curricular subjects to its perfection. The Sisters in- charge
of the various sections, looked after your overall development. Here you were groomed and
pruned and you turned into beautiful young girls of intelligent minds and compassionate heart.
All the students who have passed through this noble and reputed School find themselves
indebted to her and whenever time or opportunities pop up, plan a visit to their Alma Mater.
Many students bring their families and friends to have a glimpse of their school, to meet the
teachers and revive memories of the days gone by. The response received from the students
down the ages has always been overwhelming. There has never been a time when a negative
response is received either in kind or service
The Alumni Association is now a full fledged body, with an opening, welcoming and taking into
consideration all that the members voice out for the betterment of their Alma Mater. The
Executive Body meets to discuss, plan and execute events and put forth issues pertaining to its
working. The prime responsibility lies in watching their loved and treasured school reach the
skies with each year passing in all its uniqueness and fervor. The General Body includes all
students and the meet is planned once a year. Here the body meets to bring back cherished
memories, providing a platform to connect with each other, reaching out to the less fortunate
and rendering an opportunity to serve with love, the institute that has been dear to them.
This venture to uphold the good old memories and to strengthen the bond that seems to be
broken after leaving the institute, is now open for every Sophian. I urge each one of you dear
Sophians to join the Sophia Alumni Association and be its active and dynamic member
