On 4 th November students of Mighty Mind – Psychology club came together to exhibit the role of psychology in a human’s life.The exhibition was a grand success as the audience were able to release their tension,anxiety and stress through activities like anger management -bursting the balloon and mindful colouring.
The centre of the exhibition was the speaking tree where everyone was able to express their feelings freely. The exhibition also has Psyche spot with positive affirmation filling the day with positivity. Overall the exhibition was marked as a great success in the history of Sophia.
