On 21 April 2025, Sophia Sr. Sec. School had the honor of hosting the CEO of the 11 Raj Battalion, Mr. Ajay Dadhich, for an official visit. The event was marked with enthusiasm and a warm welcome, reflecting the spirit and discipline of the school’s NCC unit.
The CEO was cordially welcomed by Sr. Jessy Joseph, the Principal of the school. His arrival was marked by a traditional greeting, followed by the presentation of a sapling, symbolizing growth and goodwill. He was accompanied by PI Staff members CHM Vikram Singh Tomar, HAV Kishan Sir, and HAV Sunil Sir, whose presence added further significance to the occasion.
Mr. Dadhich was then escorted to the NCC room, where he observed a well-organized display of documents and reports. The arrangements were efficiently managed by the Associate NCC Officer (ANO), Ms. Aarti Sharma, showcasing the dedication and meticulous efforts of the NCC team.
Following the inspection, Mr. Dadhich interacted with the NCC cadets. The cadets expressed their enthusiasm and shared their experiences, leaving a lasting impression on the visiting dignitary.
As a token of appreciation, Sr. Jessy Joseph presented Mr. Dadhich with a memento, commemorating his visit to the institution. The visit concluded with a formal exit from the school premises, leaving behind a sense of pride and motivation among the staff and students.
