On 7th August 2025, the students of Classes 6 to 12 enthusiastically participated in a Rakhi Making Competition to celebrate the joyous festival of Raksha Bandhan. The event aimed to showcase students’ creativity and cultural spirit, as they designed beautiful Rakhis symbolising the bond of love and protection between siblings. Each section presented their finest creations, and five outstanding Rakhis were shortlisted from every class for the final round of judgment.
The shortlisted Rakhis were evaluated on creativity, neatness, design, and presentation. From each section, the best three Rakhis were awarded, recognising the skill and imagination of the participants. The competition not only encouraged artistic expression but also deepened the students’ appreciation for Indian traditions. The vibrant colours, innovative designs, and festive spirit made the event a memorable celebration for all.
