World AIDS Day 2025

On 1st December, 2025, our school organized a special assembly to observe World AIDS Day, a global event dedicated to raising awareness about HIV/AIDS and showing support for those living with the condition. The assembly aimed to help students understand the importance of awareness, compassion, and responsible choices in building a healthy society.

The programme began with a prayer service, where students reflected on the lives of people affected by HIV/AIDS and prayed for strength, healing, and an end to stigma and discrimination. The prayer created a solemn and thoughtful atmosphere, reminding everyone of the value of empathy and human dignity.

As part of the awareness initiative, a short informative video was shown to the students. The video highlighted key facts about HIV/AIDS, ways it spreads, methods of prevention, and the importance of supporting individuals without fear or prejudice.

Through this assembly, students were encouraged to respect all individuals, understand the significance of health awareness, and uphold values of kindness and acceptance. The programme concluded with a reminder that World AIDS Day is not only about awareness but also about standing together in hope and solidarity.
