No Bag Day and Canteen Day at School
The school campus came alive with excitement as two special events — Canteen Day and No Bag Day were celebrated on 25 April 2026 with great enthusiasm. The Sophia Alumni Association Ajmer, Sophian Ex, organised Canteen Day for all the students. A number of food stalls were set up on the school premises, offering a variety of snacks and refreshments. During recess, students visited the stalls with their friends and enjoyed purchasing food of their choice, making the day lively and memorable. At the same time, the students of Classes VI to VIII observed No Bag Day, which focused on activity-based learning and creativity. Class VI presented an instant royal role play with a fashion parade, where students used old newspapers to design costumes, promoting creativity and the importance of recycling. Class VII created beautiful wall hangings and decorative bottle covers using waste materials, showcasing their artistic skills and awareness of reuse. Class VIII participated in hemming and needlework activities, learning useful life skills through hands-on experience. Both events provided students with opportunities to learn, express themselves and enjoy a refreshing break from routine classroom learning.
