To celebrate the invaluable bond between grandparents and grandchildren, a Grandparents' Day Card
Making Competition was organised for the students of Classes VI to VIII on 25 July 2026 during the Zero
Period.
The young participants enthusiastically showcased their creativity by designing beautiful handmade
cards expressing their love, respect and gratitude for their grandparents. The cards were adorned with
colourful illustrations, heartfelt messages and thoughtful decorations, reflecting the students' affection
and appreciation for the special role grandparents play in their lives. The activity not only encouraged
artistic skills but also reinforced the importance of cherishing family values and strengthening
intergenerational bonds.
