The school celebrated Tribal Day on 8 August 2026, recognising and celebrating the rich cultural heritage, contributions and invaluable role of India’s tribal communities.
The celebration began with a prayer service, followed by an engaging and fun-filled activity highlighting the significant contributions of tribal communities to Indian society and the nation.
The spirit of patriotism was further strengthened through the commemoration of Kargil Diwas, paying tribute to the bravery, sacrifice and indomitable spirit of the soldiers who fought for the nation.
Another highlight of the programme was the introduction of the school’s Bird Watching Club. Students were sensitised to the importance of bird conservation and developing a deeper connection with nature. The club members showcased their initiative of making bird feeders and placing them around the school campus, providing birds with food and water.
The programme also celebrated student achievement with the felicitation of Doyal Saraswat of Class XII, who was awarded a prize for participating in the My Bharat Budget Quest.
The event concluded with the NCC Award Distribution Ceremony, where cadets were honoured for their achievements through Rank Confirmation and A Certificates. The awards recognised their discipline, dedication, leadership and commitment to service.
