Our school successfully hosted SMUN 2026, bringing together student diplomats for high-stakes parliamentary debates and global policy deliberations. The event provided students with a dynamic platform to step into the roles of diplomats and political representatives, encouraging them to research complex issues, articulate informed viewpoints and engage in constructive debate.
The conference featured two significant committees, each addressing a pertinent issue of contemporary relevance:
United Nations Security Council (UNSC)
The committee deliberated on “The Israel–Iran Conflict: Ceasefire, Diplomacy, and the Role of the United States.”
All India Political Parties Meet (AIPPM)
The committee deliberated on “Educational and
Competency Standards for Political Leaders in India.”
The deliberations across both committees witnessed active participation, persuasive speeches, points of information, negotiations and exchange of diverse perspectives. The conference concluded with the announcement of the official committee results, recognising delegates for their performance, diplomacy, research, articulation and contribution to the proceedings.
