A tribute to Dr. Krishnaswamy Kasturirangan
On 3rd May 2025, our school paid tribute to one of India’s most distinguished scientists and educationists — Dr. Krishnaswamy Kasturirangan. As part of the morning assembly, students reflected on his remarkable contributions to the nation, especially his pivotal role in shaping the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Former head of ISRO and a visionary thinker, Dr. Kasturirangan’s life exemplifies how quiet dedication and purposeful leadership can drive transformative change. The assembly served as a reminder that true heroes are not always in the limelight — many, like Dr. Kasturirangan, work behind the scenes to build a better future.
The tribute inspired students to appreciate such unsung heroes and encouraged them to strive for excellence, integrity, and service in their own paths.
