Visit to the Government Museum

On the occasion of World Heritage Day, the Tourism Club of our school organized an educational visit to the Government Museum, Ajmer for the students of Class 9. A total of 150 students, accompanied by teachers, participated in this enriching experience.

The museum offered a fascinating glimpse into India’s rich historical and cultural legacy. Students explored a wide range of archaeological artefacts from different periods, including intricately carved Hindu sculptures, ancient pottery, and relics reflecting everyday life in earlier times. The display of weapons, armours, and ammunition provided insight into the warfare techniques of various eras.

The visit also highlighted the prominence of religions such as Jainism, with beautifully preserved depictions of Jain deities and symbols. Overall, the trip proved to be an engaging and informative experience, deepening students’ appreciation for heritage and history.
