Fire Safety Mock Drill
On 29th April’26 a fire safety mock drill was conducted in our school ground for students of Classes VI to XII.
The aim of the session was to make us aware of how to act safely and responsibly during fire emergencies.
A team of trained professionals visited the school and explained the common causes of fire and the precautions we should take at home and in school.
They introduced us to different types of fire safety equipment and gave a live demonstration on how to use a fire extinguisher correctly.
They also taught us what to do in case of a gas leak or a cylinder explosion. We were advised to stay calm, avoid panic, and immediately inform responsible adults or authorities. The importance of quick thinking and safety measures was clearly explained.
The drill was conducted under the supervision of the Sister Principal and Sister Vice Principal, and all the students participated with interest and discipline.
Overall, the session was very informative and helped us gain practical knowledge about handling emergency situations safely.
